Using Hyperfly does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to Hyperfly or to the content you access through Hyperfly. You may not use Hyperfly content unless you obtain permission from AV and abide by its terms of use, which do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used by either AV or Hyperfly. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with Hyperfly.
